The one-year old program introduces the children to the process of “process”, and teaches them the learning in “exposure”. Through repetitive use of concrete materials, children learn to manipulate objects within their surroundings in various ways. They are encouraged to experiment with their “total” development. This includes the areas of language, gross motor, fine motor, music, spatial, mathematics, intra and interpersonal skills– all of which are addressed through the use of The Multiple Intelligence Theory.
The curriculum includes the teaching of sign language and incorporates the latest techniques in brain research. The emphasis is on building connections through experiential learning. The children are nurtured to develop a permanent positive means for interacting with both their peers and adults.
